Unstuck

Unstuck is the name of the first book in a while that I’d love to buy and give to all of my friends. It’s small, portable, practical, and fun:

What do you reach out for when you get stuck? A quiet place to think? A brainy colleague? Your whole team? Whether you’re wrestling with a big new idea, feeling at a dead end, or trying to lead a team through a time of major change, every moment of being stuck is a lost opportunity. UNSTUCK is a radical and deceptively simple one-stop resource to help you move forward when everything seems to be headed in reverse.

Blah blah blah, typical book cover stuff, but it’s true. I just picked it up today and already have got loads of useful information from it. Check out the website (especially check out the “101 ways to say I’m stuck” link – how many apply to your organization?) or get the book from Amazon.com or Amazon.ca. Maybe I’ll buy some for the Leafs.
