Pastoral expectations and pressure

I always hesitate to post on the negative aspects of pastoring because every calling has its pressures. I hate to make it sound like pastors have it harder than anyone else. Pastors have benefits that many others don’t enjoy: a front row seat in people’s lives, a great deal of flexibility, and the opportunity to do meaningful work.
