Last Call: Leaders Who Last Seminar

A week from today we’re hosting a seminar for Christian leaders in Toronto. Dave Kraft, author of the excellent book Leaders Who Last

, is going to be speaking to us about what it takes to lead over the long haul. He’s going to cover three areas:

  • a credible life
  • a compelling vision
  • a cohesive team

I’m really looking forward to having Dave around. In particular, I’m looking forward to learning as much as I can from him, both in the seminar and even in the car as I drive him around.

I’ve read Leaders Who Last a couple of times now. It’s one of the books that I read during my sabbatical last year as I reflected on changes I need to make in my life and ministry. I plan on reading it again in the coming week.
