Here's a thought, a quote, and a resource I wanted to share with you this Thursday.

A new book reminds us that most of us only live for around 4,000 weeks.
|
That number’s shocking, especially given how quickly the weeks go by.
|
The brevity of life pushes us in three directions:
|
- Enjoy each day. Life is shorter than you think. (Ecclesiastes 9:9-10)
- Accept your limits. (1 Peter 1:24)
- Make the most of the time you have. (Ephesians 5:16)
Each of the three directions is worth teasing out.

“Religion does not consist in doing great things, for which few of us have frequent opportunities, but in doing the little necessary things of daily occurrence with a cheerful spirit, as to the Lord.”

Upload a video (like a sermon) to Pictory. Pictory will transcribe the video and even remove the filler words. Click a button, and it will use artificial intelligence to pick the highlights, or you can choose your own highlights from the text. Once you’re happy with the highlights, you can hit a button to export a video with the highlights.
|
In just a few minutes, you can produce a short highlight video of a longer sermon or speech.
