Here's a thought, a quote, and a resource I wanted to share with you this Thursday.

I’d never thought much about how much beauty communicates about God until a decade ago.
God didn’t have to make everything so beautiful.
I watched the sunrise this morning out my window. Later on I enjoyed a cup of coffee with Char. All of it was so extravagant and beautiful. I deserved none of it but enjoyed all of it.
Rational arguments for God exist. Beauty is both a rational argument for God and an emotional one. And it is a reflection of God’s generosity to all that he’s created.

“Be ashamed when you sin, don’t be ashamed when you repent. Sin is the wound, repentance is the medicine. Sin is followed by shame; repentance is followed by boldness. Satan has overturned this order and given boldness to sin and shame to repentance.”

If you’re looking for a tool to manage your social media posts, check out FeedHive. I’ve been using it this week, and I like it. It’s a good tool for ministries and individuals who want to post with intentionality. They are offering a lifetime deal that ends later today.
