Welcome to the last Thought, Quote, and Resource newsletter of the year. I’m taking a week off next week from writing and blogging.

I was excited when I took my first systematic theology classes. The classes had titles like “God the the Bible,” “Man, Sin, and Salvation,” and “Church and Future Things.”

Drill down into each topic and you find an infinite universe. Christology, for instance, will take an eternity to explore. Books like Stephen Wellum’s God the Son Incarnate offer a taste of much we can learn about our Savior.

Live a thousand years and you’ll only have begun to comprehend Jesus. The more you look at Jesus, the more there is to see.

I’m praying for eyes to see and wonder this Christmas, and a heart to worship. What an amazing Savior.

Next year I’ll be giving more energy to Gospel for Life. I’m starting by running an 8 Habits Challenge to start the year. If you’re interested, I’d love for you to join me.

See you again on January 6. Have a blessed Christmas and a happy New Year!
